Maximum One encourages agents to close transactions “in house.” Therefore, there is an incentive regarding the MX1 transaction fees. The exception is if the Listing Side commission & the Selling Side Commission are between Maximum One Agents but in different companies (i.e. MXGA and MXGR and MXEX and MXER) In this situation, each agent must pay 100% of the FMLS fee due to being in two separate companies.
