I, _________________, understand that I am required to submit my new listings, pending contracts and all earnest money within 72 hours of accepted agreement.
I understand that the Fax and/or email time stamp will be sufficient to acknowledge the time of submittal to Maximum One™ for listings and contracts. I also understand that a late fee of $75 will be added to my bill or taken out of my commission check if I fail to submit my paperwork within 72 hrs of acceptance and that the Broke may be required to report this activity to other parties of the contract or to the Georgia Real Estate Commission.
